What's going on with UK2's DC?

Anyone else having probs?

They had a SIX HOUR "power outage" last night, and my server's been down at least three times today.

Ok, fair enough, so they posted some status about it, saying it was "out of their control"....but doesnt the UK2.net server home page say "100% power uptime"...this implies some sort of on-site backup, which they clearly havent got.

Im suprised nobody else yet posted about this.

In addition, UK2 are not answering the phone (even the sales number!) at all, and all my tickets are met with silence or an automated response.

What a shame! They were actually quite good until about a month ago. The network's getting flaky (many intermittent issues) and now the power's playing up.

Since there is currently no way of contacting anyone at UK2 (see above), it would be nice if there was some response to this.

Or is it only my box that has the intermittent power??
