rDosti Internet Services Pvt. Ltd. Server Down - Emergency Issues
During a removal of an extra harddisk on our server, HIVELOCITY (DC) had an issue after removing the same. The entire server (main hddisk) refused to boot up and over a few hours they updated us there is a major problem (Details not provided).
We are looking at another 24 HOURS of downtime for this. You may contact us via email at "insidefremont@hotmail.com" till then. WE will adjust / refund if required. If you can hold on and give us time to get through this - it would be great.
WE apologize for the mistakes caused by the tech team at HL. We are trying to get through to HL GM - Steve, in order to find out what happened, and how such issues have been happening - whether it is indeed a HL staff issue or whether "We" did anything wrong.
Again I apologize for the issues here and are doing our best to recover the systems!
