An important notification regarding Eazy Host Server (NS3/NS4)

Dear Clients/Future Clients,

It seems that there has been an attack on the server and there has been a
new partition on the drive been created using the entire free disk (232GB
which was free space)

As we lease our servers from a Datacenter we may need them to do a
re-partitioning on the server as we only have remote access to the
servers, and it can only be done either by KVM or in the DC, we work in
the UK where the servers are in the US, therefore we need them to do it
for us.

If it is the case that we need the datacenter to do maintenance to the
server it will need a complete format, and we will temporarily move all
clients data to our remote backup servers while the work is being carried
out to ensure no data is lost.

We do daily backups of all accounts, but that does not give us 100%
confidence that our clients data will not be lost as they are only done
once daily at 12AM.

We will continue to work with the DC to get this resolved and update all
clients as we get updated.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will work to the
highest efficiency to ensure minimal downtime.
