The Cube Host - Downtime Apology
The Cube Host would like to deeply apologize for the horrible downtime that is being experience. Our server provider was having problems with there servers during a server migration. However, all data is safe and servers are expected to be back up by tomorrow, January 11th.
The Cube Host will try to ensure that something like this NEVER happens again by switching to a more reliable web host as soon as possible. Furthermore, we will provide a remote support backup server as well as a remote support center to ensure the communication between the staff and clients.
As a result of this downtime, clients will receive credit on their account for a free month of hosting under our 99.9% Uptime Guarantee.
